Transforming Cryptography into America’s Strategic Advantage

December 23, 2025

Modern defense systems are undergoing a structural shift. Autonomy, AI-driven decision-making, and software-defined platforms are now embedded across surveillance, mission planning, communications, and command-and-control. As these systems take on greater operational responsibility, the requirements placed on them are changing just as fast.

For national defense, performance alone is no longer sufficient. Mission systems must be able to prove correctness, integrity, and compliance while exhibiting speed, performing under operational constraints, and maintaining the privacy of sensitive data. Lagrange is building the cryptographic verification layer that makes this possible. Over the past month, our work across defense, aerospace, and government ecosystems reflects a clear direction: embedding verifiability directly into the systems that underpin national security.

Verifiable Autonomy in *Anduril’s Lattice SDK™

Autonomous defense software cannot trade speed for assurance. To explore how autonomy and verification can coexist, Lagrange integrated DeepProve into Anduril’s open-source Lattice SDK™ auto-recon example.

By extending the SDK with trained machine-learning models wrapped in zero-knowledge proofs, the system demonstrates how autonomous reconnaissance pipelines can emit cryptographic evidence alongside every decision. Proximity detection, tactical classification (EVADE, INTERCEPT, SURVEILLANCE), and movement calculations each produce verifiable outputs, allowing operators and downstream systems to independently confirm correctness without accessing sensitive inputs or model parameters.

The result is a working demonstration of how autonomous tasking and cryptographic assurance can operate together, showing that accountability does not need to come at the expense of operational tempo.

Verifiable Intelligence on Sovereign Cloud Infrastructure with Oracle

Lagrange has joined the Oracle Partner Network and is building verifiable AI use cases on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) sovereign and mission-cloud solutions, environments engineered specifically for defense, aerospace, and government workloads. These high-assurance clouds host complex intelligence pipelines composed of models, sensors, and mission workflows that must operate under strict security, privacy, and data-sovereignty constraints.

By extending DeepProve into OCI’s sovereign environments, Lagrange enables cryptographic verification of AI inference, sensor provenance, and end-to-end workflow execution—without revealing underlying data or proprietary logic. This work positions verifiability as a first-class property of cloud-hosted mission systems, making proof-based assurance deployable in classified and national-mission environments where trust cannot be assumed.

Zero Trust AI Assurance with General Dynamics

Lagrange is now an approved supplier within the General Dynamics supplier ecosystem, developing cryptographic infrastructure to support AI assurance and Zero Trust data integrity across government, national security, and defense applications. In Zero Trust architectures, access control alone is insufficient. DeepProve extends Zero Trust principles to computation itself by proving that analytics and AI-driven outputs were produced correctly on authorized inputs. This is especially relevant for secure communications, C4ISR systems, and automated mission-planning functions across ground and naval platforms.

By generating cryptographic proofs that accompany mission-critical computations, DeepProve enables auditable handoffs between vendors, contractors, and government integrators throughout program lifecycles—supporting compliance, integration, and long-term system integrity.

Cryptographic Integrity for Sensor Fusion and Weapons Systems with Raytheon

Lagrange is a registered supplier within Raytheon Technologies’ vendor network, making DeepProve available as a production-ready capability for cryptographic verification of mission data and AI-enabled systems. Raytheon develops mission-critical sensing, missile, and weapons systems used across U.S. and allied defense programs, including platforms such as the Patriot Missile Defense System and Tomahawk Cruise Missile. These systems depend on precise, trustworthy sensor fusion, telemetry, and fire-control logic.

DeepProve provides auditable integrity for these environments by attaching cryptographic evidence to AI-enabled outputs, verifying that data inputs were untampered, firmware was not corrupted, and onboard AI adhered to approved safety constraints and mission envelopes. This strengthens certification dossiers, reduces review friction, and supports safer, more reliable fielded systems.

Accountable Autonomy Across Aerospace Platforms with Lockheed Martin

Lagrange Labs is now a registered supplier within Lockheed Martin’s vendor ecosystem, supporting AI assurance and Zero Trust data-integrity initiatives across aerospace and defense programs. As machine learning becomes embedded across avionics support, mission planning, and ISR fusion pipelines, defense platforms require more than post-hoc validation. DeepProve enables cryptographic evidence that AI models operated on approved data, respected authorized constraints, and produced auditable outputs.

This approach supports certification, safety review, and coalition interoperability by allowing validated outcomes to be shared without exposing classified telemetry or proprietary models. Proofs accompany systems from development through deployment and after-action review, advancing a standard of accountable autonomy for mission-critical aerospace systems.

Expanding Visibility Across the Special Operations Ecosystem via Vulcan-SOF

Lagrange Labs is now listed in the Vulcan-SOF marketplace and technology portal, making DeepProve discoverable to Special Operations units, mission enablers, and acquisition teams evaluating advanced AI-assurance and data-integrity technologies.

This listing expands Lagrange’s reach across the broader SOF ecosystem, increasing visibility among operators, program managers, and integrators exploring technologies for modernization, resilience, and high-assurance autonomy. While inclusion does not imply deployment or partnership, it ensures that teams assessing future capabilities can evaluate DeepProve’s role in verifiable computation and Zero Trust AI architectures.

Transforming Cryptography into America’s Strategic Advantage

Lagrange’s work with defense primes, cloud providers, and innovation ecosystems reflects a single objective: embedding verifiability directly into the defense stack so that AI systems do not merely perform, but can prove they performed correctly. Defense systems are increasingly defined by software, autonomy, and machine intelligence. As that shift accelerates, cryptographic proof will become the new foundation of American strength, led by Lagrange.
